Refund & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE

We have a 30-day return policy for customers. Please check your item status first to confirm whether it can be returned to ABEGET. The returned items must be unused and undamaged. All parts that came with the product must also be intact and not missing.

Exchange Time

Please contact our customer service team at services@abeget.com in 30 days. Otherwise, a late exchange request will be rejected.

Exchange Process
You will be asked to provide the exchange reason and the photos of the items to identify the condition. Once we confirm, you can put all the goods in the original package and send them back to us:

If you have shipped your exchange, please contact us with the tracking number of your package. 1-3 business days will be spent processing the exchange after receiving the returned items.

RETURN AND REFUND

We offer a 30-day return policy to all customers. Before you return an item, please confirm if the condition of your goods matches the state upon receipt. The following situations are what we will reject:

  • A return request is asked out of 30 days.
  • The products show clear signs of use or human-made damage.
  • Items NOT sold by ABEGET.
  • Products missing some parts or accessories due to customers. For example, massage heads, charging cables, or carrying cases get lost.
  • Personalized or customized products made by ABEGET

Return Process
After checking your goods, please contact our customer service team at services@abeget.com. A return reason and photos of the item's condition should be attached to your email. Once your request is approved, you can send the goods back to us:

Please ensure that your returned item is repackaged with all the accessories and contact us again with the tracking number after shipment.

The refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we finish the check for the returned goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Kindly be aware that we do not cover the return shipping costs. We can also help you create a return label, only for refunds. Once created, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

The only exception is if our warehouse ships the wrong items to you. If any of the following situations occur, please contact us for a free replacement:

  • You receive products that do not match the order, such as incorrect color, size, or model.
  • Parts of the product are found to be missing upon receipt.
  • Products have obvious stains or damage upon receipt.
  • The malfunctions occur during first use, such as being failed to turn on, not charging properly, etc.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact us in 2 days since you paid for your order. We can make a cancellation if your order has not been delivered yet.

If you request a cancellation after shipment, we are unable to do this. You can only follow our refund process by returning the item to us and having a refund.

FAQs

Can I exchange my order for another product?

Sorry, ABEGET only can help you exchange the color of the same product. If you need another item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Why was my request to exchange or return refused?

There are several possible reasons why your request may have been denied:

  • There is a request made more than 30 days after receiving the goods.
  • The returned items are used or damaged.
  • Parts or accessories of the product get lost.


Why is the refund I received different from the order amount?
If you request a return due to your own reasons and ask us to create a return label for you, we will deduct the label fee from your refund. Additionally, if your return package is lost in transit, we will also deduct the label fee and the cost of the lost product before refunding.

Once your return item is shipped, please update the tracking number in time via email. Thank you for your understanding!

How will my refund be returned?
Your refund will be returned according to your original payment method.

How long will I receive my refund?
After starting the refund process, the payment company needs 1-3 business days to process your refund.

Can I ask for a return label for my exchange?
No. The FREE return label is only available for exchanges or returns due to our fault (e.g. warehouse shipping error), and we will provide a free label via email to you.
